I'm trying to book 2 apartments and get the same error for both:

Hm, I see you have 41 excellent reviews and you are a great guest so it is really odd.
It seems Airbnb didn't like messages/inquiries/ booking requests you sent to some host(s). It could be anything, from sending inquiries to too many listings at a short period of time, spamming hosts by offering some services or advertising, messaging your phone number or email address to host, asking to pay outside Airbnb, being rude, etc...
It may be some host flagged your profile for some reason or by accident.
Think about what could possibly cause it and reply to this Airbnb message within 48 h in order to keep your account. Otherwise, you will be suspended and your account deactivated.

yes, it could be it. I think (not sure because Airbnb is constantly changing) a guest is allowed to send up to max 10 inquiries at once. I thought he can't send more but I didn't know he will receive such message from Airbnb and possibly be suspended.
Btw, asking for discounts is not popular among hosts and it is considered as a red flag. It is a common opinion that the worst guests are those who ask for a discount. Many hosts would decline a guest who asks for it. if a host is willing to offer a weekly or monthly discount it is already in his price setting and it is applied automatically.

Hi Sergey, I am getting the same error and I just can't what is wrong. Every time I try to book any property it will take me through all steps and at the very end give me this error. I tried paying with my card and with paypal, I tried from my PC and the app, I updated my password, I verified my account and payment. I have all security cleared. And the support portal are of no use and not responsive at all. I don't know what else to do and I really don't think it's my fault. Did you resolve your issue?
