Not sure if you keep up with this stuff in Jax but it might affect you.

Jim Love (Duval representative district 14) has filed legislation on behalf of short term rental (i.e. Airbnb). Hearing is May 9, 15, 21 and 28. They are all different hearings. I encourage anyone interested to attend.
