I am going to list my 2 bedroom/1bath property in Kirkland, WA (zip 98033) starting April 22nd , Looking for turnover cleaning services. Please let me know if you know any professional reliable cleaning service who are already established in the field.

• provide turnover cleaning services in Kirkland/Eastside area
• cleaners that understand the Airbnb experience and will clean property to match guest expectations i.e. must have experience cleaning Airbnb/STR units
• cleaners that are detailed and follow cleaning checklist each time
• have license, insurance and bonded plus good references, pass background check

Also interested in additional services  like taking inventory, recording property pictures, inform about damage, linen wash etc.
