Great to be part of this community!

My husband and I are now renting out our apartment fully on Airbnb in Dubai. As the market is quite saturated here it's truly difficult for us to stand out and get more bookings to secure full occupancy throughout the year. 

Since we are quite newbies (we started out hosting journey exactly 1 year ago), we are seeking advice from you to:

----- 1) Improve our listing in every possible way

Hi, lovely apartment. 
In regards to your question, how has things been since. How would you say your occupancy rate now is.

im thinking of investing in a property but not sure about occupancy rate

any info will be much appreciated
