I have a property in Las Vegas & I'm also a host on AirBnb. I received a Short-Term Rental Courtesy Notice about someone report our property & I have to shut down my host immediately because Clark County prohibits the transient commercial use of residential property in all residential zoning districts in unincorporated Clark County. I'm so anxious because I still have some bookings in few months & I don't want to cancel, shut down or pay the penalties.
