Late arrival (past checkin time) - trouble finding the place
Quick question on how to proceed: guests arriving 2h past latest checkin time which is 10pm. They called me from a local number and seem to have trouble finding the place but I cannot reach them on any phone number. Address is clear, self checkin instructions are clear, no one has ever had difficulties. Do I need to personally go to the place and ensure a successful checkin?

Have you tried contacting them in Airbnb messages?
Have you tried having Airbnb contact them?
Let them know what's going on if you feel very concerned.
Hopefully they are not lost with a dead phone battery.
