I have guests who were supposed to arrive today for 1 week and after sending them a few messages, they finally told me now that they will be arriving tomorrow only as they missed their coach. I understand, I have been travelling and missed transportation in the past but I am a bit concerned about the booking.
Does anyone know how it will work for the funds, will I still receive the full amount as normal? My cancellation policy is flexible and they officially haven't cancelled but I am concerned as this is blocking an entire week in my calendar and I did not cancel anything and was waiting for them all day because they never confirmed any ETA.
