Left a public review reply instead of private one!

Left a public review reply instead of private one!

Hi All, 

 

I am a superhost and I sent a help msg to airbnb last night and after 12hrs I still havent received anything so I am trying my luck over here. 

 

I got a reivew yesterday and I had the normal public review and the private one. I replied to the person thinking that I replied privately but I replied on the public message. 

 

I want to either delete the comment or be placed in the private message. 

 

Any help?

@Thomas181  You can call AirBnB and ask them to remove your reply.
