It is a "long term stay", so the long term stay cancellation policy applies. Which means you will not have a refund when cancelling the reservation. So then thare are other options:
- It is considered as a "travel issue" and you have to follow these procedures

- You and the host agree to shorten the reservations with a refund (The host must use the "change" option on the reservatio and shorten the reservation + amend the price)
- The host is willing to provide some refund (via resolution centre) after you (or Airbnb) cancelled the reservation. Better contact Airbnb first.
Just moving out and doing nothing is not a good idea.The reservation must be shortened or ended by cancellation.
