@Topo0 Some hosts accept bookings of that long or even several months.
However, I see that you have a new listing, you're new to hosting on Airbnb. It is super unadvisable to take a long-term booking unless you're an experienced host. First of all, many scammer guests look specifically for new listings, thinking the host doesn't know what they're doing and they can get away with stuff. Even if they're not a scammer, if they are objectionable guests, do you really want to be stuck with them for a month? Also, you need to research landlord/tenant laws where you live. Guests staying as long as a month can be considered tenants and then you'd have to go through a lenghty eviction process to get them out if they refused to leave.
It's really best to stick to shorter bookings until you're familiar with the platform and how it all works and learn the ins and outs of successfully vetting prospective guests.
And don't for a minute trust that Airbnb one million Guarantee. It's a total crock. Nor do they actually take a real security deposit. If the guest does damage, you have to first ask the guest to pay, then if they refuse, involve Airbnb, which can lead to hair loss as you tear it out in frustration 🙂
