Letter of membership

Hello, my bank is requesting a letter of membership ir order for them to unlock the the payouts. Could you please help me with this issue?

@Victor697  A letter of membership to Airbnb? I never heard of a bank asking for such a thing. Payments get automatically deposited in your bank account by Airbnb if that's the payout method you chose. That the bank wouldn't release money to you that has been deposited into your account by Airbnb or whomever is absurd. I'd change banks.

@Victor697have you gone into a branch and talked with them personally?  If not, I recommend you do that.  I have resolved many bank issues with a face to face chat.  I am in Georgia, U.S.A., and my bank never asked for anything.
