Instant Book allow you to cancel reservations you are not comfortable with. But there are some limits as reported in "How do penalty-free cancellations work for Instant Book hosts?"
Limits:
"You’ll be able to cancel online 3 times in one year for being uncomfortable with a reservation—after that, you’ll have to call into our Community Support team to make the cancellation without penalty."
My questions are:
1) What does Airbnb mean by "One year". Is it intended as calendar year: so 3 cancellations in 2018, 3 cancellations in 2019.... or 365 day from the last cancellation date?
2) How I get in touch with the Community Support? Where do I find its contact?
