Limits to penalty-free cancellation for Instant Book hosts

Hello,

Instant Book allow you to cancel reservations you are not comfortable with. But there are some limits as reported in "How do penalty-free cancellations work for Instant Book hosts?"

Limits:
"You’ll be able to cancel online 3 times in one year for being uncomfortable with a reservation—after that, you’ll have to call into our Community Support team to make the cancellation without penalty."

My questions are:

1) What does Airbnb mean by "One year".  Is it intended as calendar year: so 3 cancellations in 2018, 3 cancellations in 2019.... or 365 day from the last cancellation date?

2) How I get in touch with the Community Support? Where do I find its contact?

I think in last 12 months, but I wouldn't ever cancel by myself, it is too risky, the best is to call Airbnb cs every time you need to cancel.

Never, never, ever cancel on your own. You ALWAYS have to call support to cancel for you. There is no such thing as "cancel 3 per year just because you use instant book." Don't risk it.
