I've been doing business with Air BNB for several years now and all of a sudden they decide to implement a calendar linking function that has totally screwed up my listings and potential for providing extended days for current guests. The respresentative that I spoke to had such a flippant attitude and unsavory demeanor over the phone. I definitely need to contact someone to express my disappointment with the level of service. Guess as the company increases in size off of our propoerties they lose the basic fundamentals of better business - customer service.
Hopefully someone reviews this and contacts me before I cancel my listings.
