Linking to local council rental regulations

We need to link to an external website in the House Rules to point guests to particular council regulations for rental properties. But Airbnb is blocking the link in ‘House Rules’. I can’t figure out how to actually contact Airbnb with this issue - so posting here. 

We can of course put the info elsewhere, but the rules is something guests have to ‘accept’ which our neighbours are demanding we do. Help??
