Listing 2 Private Rooms in one house. No longer allowed in one listing.

My B&B listing has just been removed because I have 2 rooms in one listing & apparently I have to list them separately now, as all of a sudden you can't have more than one room listed for B&B. Or I have to list it as the whole house, which it is not! (I haven't, & won't ever, let them out to separate people as it is very much a private space. )

Nearly all my business has been families using the two rooms together, so what do families do now if they want to stay in a B&B?!

And no one is going to book the two rooms separately as there will be fees for both. I foresee my bookings going down dramatically. 

Am so disappointed with this latest development. It has worked so well having the two rooms ( one double & one twin) with a bathroom & I can't see how I am now going to progress with this. Am I missing something? Any suggestions welcome!

Most common is to create three listings:

1 for each room and 1 for the combination to attract guest wanting the two rooms together (you already had that one). Then mentioned in the discription the link to the seperate rooms (or to your homepage) if people only want to book 1 room.

Then link the calenders to prevent double bookings.

Now with the new regulations is it illegal to rent out two separate rooms in one primary residence? How is that being handled? Airbnb won't give me any information. I list the two suites separately and wonder if I am going to have to combine them into one listing for both suites, which I don't want to do, it's working well the way it is. Can anyone address this?
