Listing 2 Private Rooms in one house

Hi,

I have two rooms to let in our house and want to give guests the option to book just one or both. If I show them as separate listings, people looking for two rooms don't find us. If I just have one listing, How do Airb+b know when to charge for both rooms?

You have to make 3 listings: 

1. Room 1
2. Room 2
3. Rooms 1 & 2 

Make sure you are coordinating the calendars so you don't overbook.
