Listing Deactivation

Hello! We would like to permanently close our Air BnB. We have some listings already booked that we will no longer be able to accommodate. We were wondering what the process of deactivating the listing would be and how we would go about communicating that to our guests who have bookings in the calendar?

IMO, you need to contact  Airbnb for an official explanation.  No one on this discussion board has any authority to answer you.

@M199 do you know how I do that? Honestly that’s what I was trying to do here but not sure how it all works. I’ve never had to contact anyone before

@Ben-And-Katie0 Just cancel the reservations, pay the fine to Airbnb, delete the listing. Apart from ruining people's plans it is that simple I am afraid.
