Listing a house with maximun guest capacity 23

Dear assistant,

I would like to list a villa which is consisting of four split  apartments with a maximum capacity of 23 guests the four of them. As far as i can see the maximum capacity of Airbnb is 16 so i would like you to advice about my property. How should I list that kind of property?
