Listing and payout location in different countries.

My listing is in Mexico. The price is in USD. My payout account is in Canada and my Paypal account is Canadian based. I want to have Airbnb transfer my payout to either my bank account in Quebec or to my Paypal account. How does this work?

I am assuming a Canadian bank account is considered like a US bank account to Airbnb; if so, that is where they will send it automatically, irregardless of where your listing is.

Your bank account is not related to the country where your listing is?

Airbnb is only one platform that allows you to have listing in the country X and be paid in country Y. Booking doesn't allow it. I have tried it and it worked like a clock. The only problem I had that the guests will see your telephone number in the other country (if applicable to you) and will be scared if that's a scam, since there is only one number is allowed. Other than that there was no problem at all, Airbnb is super.
