Hello, I'm a Host from Da Nang, Viet Nam and I'm a Super host on Airbnb for year untill now.
But these days near here, our Airbnb account see many problem and I do not know why it happen from Airbnb
1. The first issue with my listing.
After a week on March 2019 not have any new reservation with my listing as usual, it seems to be longer than normal, becasuse that I have to check by tried to find my listing on Airbnb trade site like a guest but my house listing do not appear anywhere. I'm not sure what happened.
I sent message to Airbnb for help and Airbnb sent me message ask for waiting; I try to connect by message, email and made phone call to know the information (Because this is affecting our business during peak season in Viet Nam) but they always tell me wait for a investigation, we tried to ask to know what the investigation is, but no clear answer, just please wait. We really need to know how long this investigation would take and how is the process going on until the moment.
2. The second issue:
And this morning 20th March 2019, 2 resvervations check in my house today 20th March 2019 have been canceled by Airbnb, I and my guest have no idea and don't know what happen, my guests sent me a message asking for what happen. And now, I don't know how to help them and so sorry with them for any inconvenience.
Untill now I still have no result or an explanation from Airbnb and my listing is still on bad situation. I'm so worry for what is happening.
I'm aprriciate for all help and consultant in this case.
