We have made a reservation for 10-13 April and have paid the money in full.
We have noticed that the listing has now disappeared off airbnb completely and have emailed the host a number of times without any response. We have said that we will need to cancel the reservation and the host has still not responded.
We can cancel and get a refund but the airbnb fee is still deducted. Does anybody know how we contact Airbnb for a full refund? In circumstances where the host has removed the property and is not responding, we cannot risk not having somewhere to stay and do not think Airbnb should be charging us for what appears to be a flase listing.
Can anyone suggest what we can do?
