Listing is not showing up and smart pricing hasn't updated in 16 hours

I posted my listing on Airbnb yesterday.  I have checked the map view several times and it's not showing up and my stats show no views even though it states I'm "Listed".  Also, in the pricing section I went back and forth at first from smart pricing to inserting the price manually.  I now have it set on smart pricing but it hasn't updated in 16 hours.  How long do new listing take to become visiable to the public? And how do I resolve this issue with smart pricing? Thank you!

Hello @Susan331,

Can you post a link to your listing? Then people will be able to check the location and see if they can see your place listed or not.

I'm not sure how ofter a price set by smart pricing will change. Perhaps updates are done at most once in 24 hours.

Hello, I am a new Host, and I am experiencing the same problem of my listing not showing up in the search results.

I would kindly ask you to check out if you can see/find it in the map. For the first two days it was perfectly visible because I received 49 views and 2 bookings, but yesterdays was a null day and it seems to be happening today as well.

Would appreciate any kind of help possible.

Kindest regards

Hello @Daniel-Andres0,

Your apartment is visible when I search for Arona, Tenerife for a 7 night stay from 20/11 to 27/11

It's shown as the as the flag with a €115 price at the link below.

As for pricing, I have found that the smart phone app in particular is rather buggy.

For example, when I changed my price, the change was not saved until I turned Smart Pricing off, and then back on again. I also had several problems changing the wording of my listing, some of which I found work-arounds for and others I was uanble to.

The PC browser version seems a bit less buggy. There even seemed to be a different number of words allowed in your summary between the browser and smartphone versions of the app.

PS to AirBnB -- I am a freelancer with a lot of experience in computers, programming and user interfaces, and I'm available for quality control work. 😉
