Hi all,
I have the following questions. I understood that it is possible to list a space that accommodates different number of guests. For example, 2 or 8. My space is big and it can accommodate easily 8 guests. However, when guests search for 2 accommodations my place doesn't even show. How can I list my space so that it simultaneously shows that it can accommodate any number of people below 8.
Thank you,
Valentina
@Valentina108 This is a very common question and the answer is always the same. Your property will appear in searches for 1, 2, 3 etc...but in those searches it will be competing against a much larger number of listings, and will most likely be pushed further back in the search results by the large volume of listings that are only appropriate for smaller parties.
If you want your listing to have greater appeal to smaller groups, you can set a competitive base price that is the equivalent of a room that suits 2 people, and charge an Extra Person Fee for each additional guest up to 8. The risk you take in doing so is that large groups will book as a party of 2 and sneak the other guests in unpaid.
Salute @Valentina108,
If it is possible for you, i see that you have a listing as entire home, which could accomodate to 8 guests
I think, if you want to change, you could also make a listing for each room and another one for all rooms if you have a group of guests :
