Listing not showing up, but shows as listed

I  haven't been getting reuqest the last vouple of months, my place has great reviews and it says it is listed, but when I do a search for my neighborhood and the price range, I'm not seeing it anywhere.

Beyond that, are their any tricks to getting your listing higher in searches?

Are your rates high compared to Aribnb's suggestions? Sometimes, I've found they keep my listing off when it's too high in comparison AND there are enough properties otherwise to show up on the search.

I have the same problem and here's what I've found so far. When I search using the Chrome browser, my listing doesn't come up. However, when I search with the Safari browser, it comes right up. I have no idea why this is the case but I think it's a big problem!
