Listings of multiple Rooms

I have 3 bedrooms on one wing of my home.  There are 1 and half bathrooms.

My question is which is the best way to maximise bookings, should I list them separately or together.

I have the same problem with 5 rooms. I now list them separately to maximize utilization, but lose customers who want multiple rooms for a large party.

@Ventris0 I would create a listing for each room, plus a listing for all three rooms. Just make sure to sync the calendars so that you don't end up with a double-booking situation.

Hi Ed &Hugh. How do you do that? List my home three different times? Doesn't that get confusing? Does AirBnB allow it?
