I have been trying to change the Location City on my Listing. A prefilled address somehow jumped into the address bar and locked me out. It is an address of a University 300 kms away from me. I have tried calling both Australian Phone numbers and both are not connected. Someone said about using an app on an Ipad, which I don't own. Its been 3 days since I sent a message on twitter and heard nothing. Any Ideas ??
Review the community posts. This happens often, is resolvable, but isn't quick. Definitely a tech support issue. Took me two weeks to get it resolved. *Why* AirBnB can't resolve something as simple as a mapping issue is perplexing. PS I got it resolved through phone call and then they followed up with me via email.
Dear Darren I understand you are struggling with that. It should be simple but it seems it's not. Look. Airbnb never show the real place where the apartments are. This is for safety. This is classified information that is revealed only when the guest book your place. But I understand your case is a bit different because 300km is too far from your location. It means you are losing bookings. And this is serious. Only Airbnb team can help you so I suggest you contact them by phone in your city (do you know how to find your local number? just let me know). They can fix it for you. The coordinates of the map maybe are wrong. I've seen a lot of similar issues lately. Please try it and let us know if it works. hugs and hugs Keila
