Locked out of my Account as a Host!

Hoping someone can help my mother a fellow airbnb host.  I am also a host so our accounts are linked. Her account was hacked on April 21 by someone that booked a home in Autralia. My credit card was used so I had to cancel my card because of fraud. All was figured out and they gave her access once more. Now three days ago she woke up to being locked out again. She calls 3 times a day and no one is able to give her any reasons why. NO one has even told her that she was locked out and they cancelled her guest from yesterday. She found out on one of her many attempts to get information.

Now I wake up today and I realize that my guest that's supposed to checkin today was cancelled by airbnb. I call and they tell me its because my moms account is locked and we're linked. So once again they cancelled another reservation without saying anything. I was able to unlink my mom from my account but we're going on day 4 and they've already cancelled two guests and we don't know when this is going to end. My mom is retired and lives from this like a lot of other people on Airbnb.

I'm hoping that someone could at least tell her why she's locked out and how long this will take. All they say is "It's with the Trust and Safety deparment and we dont' have access to that information"

@Frances96 so sorry. I'm not sure you will find any useful advice here. Unfortunately this seems to be a regular occurrence. Sometimes hosts are permanently deactived without explanation, and sometimes they are restored to operation. Airbnb is completely opaque on this. After seeing these stories, I'm convinced not to keep all my eggs in the Airbnb basket-- I list on other platforms as well.
