Locked out of my account

My host just informed me that she’s been unable to send me information regarding my check in (in approximately 3hours !!) because Airbnb has locked my account! I don’t know how to get this fixed and haven’t been informed of anything being wrong with my account through Airbnb itself. I’ve been charged for my stay and it says it’s confirmed as well. I’m very confused and worried, if anyone can help I’d greatly appreciate it.
