Long term cancellation policy
As a Host, I only rent minimum of 1 week or 1 month stays. I have selected “Moderate”
cancellation policy (up
to 5 days) which I am comfortable with. HOWEVER, Airbnb seems to over ride this and applies a default that is much stricter. Guests are refusing to confirm reservation because of the policy that shows up on my listing at the guest’s end, but does not show up on my hosting end! Very frustrating, can’t get any help!
