Hello! I am looking for a place close to Downtown Manhattan (Tribeca), even if it is in Jersey City or Brooklyn to have a birthday party with around 20 people that can be from like 8pm-3am. It is not a crazy party, just some friends and family for a few drinks. No mess. Let me know!

Good luck with that request - very few people will go near request like that - unless they are specifically set up for events. In which case you will face a significant deposit and additional charges. You may find it easier to hire a room in a restaurant, or similar. 

You also have other factors working against you including your age, the length of time you have been a member with no reviews or stays on AirBnB, lack of a full profile plus one weird pic on your profile.

Host need to trust you
