Hello,

I am an LGBTQ friendly person, and looking for a room to rent monthly from December 15th, 2019, to Agust 15th, 2020. 

I am a fulltime doctorate student in nursing and have to be in your area for my clinical. 

I am looking for South of California, and the city that I am looking are:

- Redland

- Fontana

- Riverside

- Ontario

I am looking for a full room and prefer my own bathroom, as I am strictly clean. The max that I can afford is $700/month including electricity, water, wifi and internet, AC, and gas if your heating system/kitchen work with gas.

Don’t use Airbnb for such a long term booking. It is an expensive way of doing things. @Schaun0  And you don’t have sny protection as a tenant.

Just ask the accommodation service where you ate doing your clinical or whatever websites are used in your country for longer term lets.
