Looking for a small hall for birthday celebration in Kiryat hayovel (May be an apartment)

Hello Everyone,

My Son will be 3 year old soon and I am looking for a hall where we can celebrate his birthday as its winter time and can not do in park or so.

An apartmemt would also work as I need space for 25 people just for 4 hours. I am ready to pay for 1 day rent.

If any of you could provide me any information that would be great help.

It would be great if the location exists near to Guatema street.
