Los Angeles and Buying a Home w/ AIRBNB in mind

Are the new regs terrible? Has anyone already received permission to rent more than 120 days per year under their special applications? We were really going to utilize Airbnb to help the mortgage. And we love travelers and believe in Airbnb!! Thx for any helpful advice.

Do remember there's "Grey area's" in law including in respect of our basic fundamental Human  Rights that can be challenged in Courts of Laws, all decisions in Law are supposed to have rights to appeal.
