Loss of superhost status.

My response rate is 100%.

My overall rating is 4.8%.

I have hosted 107 nights, with 10 stays.  

 

So why did I not qualify for Superhost status?

@Sandy170 Is the 4.8 rating since you started listing or is it for the last 12 months? If you go to quality and then super host you should see what your ratings are for the last 12 month period.

It is for the last 12 months.

I find it strange that this has happened at the same time as linked calendar issues and issue with a customer service representative (or whatever the online 'help' people are called) who is constantly responding with information totally unrelated to the calendar issue I contacted 'help' with.

10 FINISHED stays from 1.7.2020.-30.6.2021. ? Or the last stay was still ongoing?

10th stay ongoing. But wasn't this criteria exempted anyway? And have hosted for 107 nights.

@Sandy170 you can see your (dis-)qualifying stats under "performance" -> "superhost"
