Lying for cancellation

My guest found out a few hours after arriving that her friend was willing to have her at her place. She never complained about anything, yet after refusing to accept the changes on dates of her reservation I received an email complaining about the accommodations and the cleaning of the house. Will airbnb send someone to check on the accomodations or how does it work?

Nope, they'll just take the guest's complaint at face value, unfortunately.
