Well, hello again, @Inza0!  What a wonderful profile picture!  You are definitely more beautiful than the flower bush ;D  Your listing is very clear and welcoming. The pictures are inviting.  You certainly are proof that the best students are teachers.  I wish you all the best success.

Hello Inza!

So glad you decided to join the Airbnb community.

I hope you and your neighbors in the Bahamas have not been badly affected by the hurricanes in the region.

You ask for feedback to your listing, so here are a few tips for you from my perspective.

1. Read all the information available on the Airbnb website for how to create a great listing.

2. Watch YouTube videos about preparing your place and advertising it. There are some really good hosts who have shared their wisdom on YouTube.

3. From what I see... the first thing I would do is work on your photos. The goal is to have photos that draw guests to your place and answer questions in their mind as to where they are going and what they will find there. Pay particular attention to lighting and camera angles.

* What kind of place is it? A house? A condo? An apartment?  Show a photo of the exterior and an appealing photo of the entrance.

* Sleeping for how many? The listing says 6.... queen, double and sofa bed. I would list them in that order with icons. I would take a closeup photo of each bed. I would also take a photo of each bed in the room where it is situated. Make sure each bedroom is clean, uncluttered, bed neatly made with good linens, and furniture drawers are closed. You may even include a photo of the closet where people can hang their clothing, especially if there are extra pillows and blankets stored there for guest use, or luggage rack.

* How do the bathrooms look? Toilet, vanity sink, shower, tub? Take a photo of each bathroom. Make sure each bathroom is clean, uncluttered, and the toilet seat is down.

* What kind of living room, seating area? Again photos of interior rooms and exterior patio areas where guests can gather.

* What kind of kitchen and dining area? What is included? Do the photos show a place where one would feel comfortable making a meal?

* What other special amenities are included? Take a photo.... laundry, beach stuff, children's toys, BBQ, toiletries in a basket or drawer, etc.

* Exterior garden areas are great. The photo of the fruit tree is a nice touch. Glad to see you are using the caption feature with the photos.

* Since the beach is an important draw, get some really good photos of the beach and other sightseeing points of interest. You might add one of a sunrise or sunset. Get a photo of the beach which shows the turquoise blue water and white sand.

* If you show photos of food, be clear if this is something you will be cooking for your guests. If you advertise it, they will assume it is included unless stated otherwise. If you include meals, be aware that many guests have food allergies.

* Also, is that a photo of a nude woman walking through a party area at a bar or marquee/tent? May be best to delete that one.

4. Your text must support what your photos show, as well as provide additional information.

5. Lastly, find a local Airbnb SuperHost who would be willing to mentor you. They will be able to give you tips for your listing and also provide insight specific to hosting guests who come to the Bahamas for holiday and/or business.

You have a good start. I look forward to seeing improvements to your listing. Good luck!

All the best!

Marcia
