Marketing a new rural location

Savannah, GA

I have decided to Airbnb my cottage in Woolwich, Maine. It's not a woodland retreat but not inner city either. It's a small place, but great home base for anyone looking to explore mid-coast Maine in the summer. It is seasonal as well.

Any suggestions on how best to market above and beyond the basic Airbnb listing?
