Median rates no longer available?

Hi, since we began hosting, Air B&B made available the median rates for similar properties. This is meant to help fix rates and would also be the basis for dynamic pricing. It has now disappeared. Has this happened to anyone else? We are wondering if it because we started using another platform where we fix our prices and the Air B&B platform can detect this.

Are you talking about the 'price tips'? Yes, perhaps they have disappeared as I can't see them anymore either and I think another host posted about that here recently.

However, the pricing tips were almost always nonsense. They seemed primarily designed to drag down your prices to get more bookings and I have no idea how Airbnb was selecting 'comparable listings' as it kept telling me to significantly lower my prices even though all comparable listings in my are were priced a lot higher. Many other hosts have reported the same, so it's probably a good thing if it's gone.
