Merging Guidebooks

I spent a good deal of time writing blurbs about several sites in the Guidebook for one of my listings near my area. I have multiple apartments and would like to link the Guidebook to my other listings in a more expedient manner than cut, switch, paste, switch, cut, etc...

Any suggestions?
