Messages from Airbnb come in 3 times

Everytime someone messages me through Airbnb I get it 3 times - in email, text, and the Airbnb app message. Is there any way to modify that so I only get the message once, from the Airbnb app?

Hi,

Option "settings" in your account can control this at least for email and text.

I don't use the app, so no idea for this one.
