Messaging all future guests at once

I need some help with messaging. We have 5 properties in Hawaii. We are getting a lot of requests from guests with reservations who are concerned about the volcano on the island of Hawaii. We have guests asking about cancellation. volcanic activity; earthquakes, falling rocks, gas, etc.

We are on the island of Maui and the volcanic activity is on the island of Hawaii.

How do we send a message to all of our guests with reservations (over 100 of them) that there is nothing to worry about?

I realize I could message EVERY guest individually. Is that really the only option?

Hi @Rhett1, I'm not sure there is a way to communicate with all at once (although there was a "greeting card" for e.g. Christmas greetings option). What you might do is create a "saved message" with the details and then just send it one by one - at least you wouldn't have to retype it for every single one!  I feel your pain! Susie
