Hello. Hope you are ok. I have a question about my 3 deactivated listing .   As you know that because of the Miami Beach short term rental restrictions  I won’t be able to keep booking.  1) I was wondering if can reactivate my same listings for more than 180 and 2) if I can. Can you give me

An idea about the probability to get guests interested in minimum of the 6 months . Is this something that you regularly have in other regions ?    Or is this  something that i need to ask in the comunity center?
