I can use some help as a newbie.  I am looking to rent out my home.  I started to look into license and fees for Miami rentals which brings me to consider professional help to finish up.  I am seeking referrals for a dependable and flexible house cleaner for Airbnb rental in Miami - Coral Way.  Also, I am seeking a reliable and trustworthy Home Rental Property Manager.  I can use some help in understanding what is a reasonable fee or % in the Miami area.
