I keep getting reservations from four people, which is also a number of guest listed in my airbnb appartment. It is the max number though and I would actually prefer a 2-3 people. I wonder if when people are searching for accomodation for 2 or 3, they do see our place? Or doest it not show at all?
@Tereza18 - yes, they will see your location. If you don't actually want 4 guests, make the max 3 then you will only get reservations for 1-3 guests.
You say that the apartment has 4 beds but you only have 2 listed. You may want to fix this. Additionally, your very first line of your listing says that the flat is ideal for up to 4 guests. From a marketing perspective and how little people read, this might be the reason 4-somes are your most frequent guests.

Thank you! I think it is a good point with the opening sentence 🙂 It is not that we do not want four guests, as we do want to rent our appartment at times, but you know two are the most convenient option :)) I think I will restrict it to 3 people and add the optinon to accomodate 4 for an additional cost.
