Missing Payout

Hello,

I havent received ny payout, contacted Airbnb 10 times - no success, every time they ask to wait. I recently changed my country of residence can this affect somehow to the issue?

Do I need to delete and add account again?

Last two reservations money came through normally without a delay, but now the estimated time already gone and no payment. Please, help me!

I am waiting more than 2 weeks, no one reached out to me, I am so stressed , cant work cant focus on business, provide time with family, absolutely nothing, I want to know whats going on with my payout, what is the status of transaction, where it get stuck? Your payment department in London do nothing, just promising through your collegues that they will reach out to me. Please, help me, I am so desperate!
