If your phone reception is bad where you are, you might need to switch to another provider.
In terms of guest reviews, you don't need a reminder from Airbnb as you know when your guests are leaving so can schedule in to leave the review. And I am sure you must go into your listing regularly so will pick up one of their messages online to remind you to review your guest.
As your phone reception is bad, why not just get into the habit of checking bookings on your tablet or laptop?
@Heather756 if you have set up on email and phone to receive messages and these aren't coming through and you have checked your settings on both and your spam filters I would suggest you give Airbnb a call to see if they can sort out the problem.
