Last week, I started a conversation asking Airbnb to display additional listings for the same address on property listing pages. In that post I stated that are missed opportunities for guests to reserve more than one at the same properties, because the additional listings are not displayed on the listing being viewed. Many guests don't know how to look for other listings for a host. A few people responded. Today, I have a slightly different, but similar, suggestion. Configure the search results to display multiple rooms at the same property address to fulfill the whole date range of the inquiry. Room A may be available for the first six days of a 15 day reservation, and Room B is available for the remaining nine days. Most guests do not mind moving from one room to another at the same location. However, the current search results only display single listings that can accommodate the entire date range of a reservation. This limits the options for guests, and removes many properties out of consideration for the booking, because properties that can offer a multi-room option aren't presented in the search results. The guest can't search for a host's other listings if none of their properties appear as at least a partial option.
