Money not released yet - how do I contact customer service / airbnb

Hi all

       I had a guest staying with me on 17 March, and my money has not been released yet?

I contacted the guest directly and they said they already paid in full in February

Where and how do I contact airbnb concerning this matter

Hello @Elizma0 ,

Your payout must be in the Trancaction History pages, it has a release date and a status. Did you check this allready ? To contact Airbnb you can use Airbnb Help: contact  or look in Contact Airbnb - A Community Help Guide [UPDATED]
