Hey guys wondering if anyone has come across this before or has any advice. So I went to make a booking and all was going well put in my details and clicked to pay. After a few seconds it said there had been a problem with my payment so I thought I would check and yes my account had been charged but I never got through to a ‘booking complete’ page. I had an e-mail receipt and another e-mail saying that they would take the other half of the money in 3 days. I have nothing showing in ‘my trips’ or cancelled trips however I did get an e-mail with Itinerary and Receipt and I can click though to my booking via this but it’s showing as ‘cancelled’. What should I do next? Why would this be showing as cancelled?
