Money taken but booking cancelled

Hey guys wondering if anyone has come across this before or has any advice. So I went to make a booking and all was going well put in my details and clicked to pay. After a few seconds it said there had been a problem with my payment so I thought I would check and yes my account had been charged but I never got through to a ‘booking complete’ page. I had an e-mail receipt and another e-mail saying that they would take the other half of the money in 3 days. I have nothing showing in ‘my trips’ or cancelled trips however I did get an e-mail with Itinerary and Receipt and I can click though to my booking via this but it’s showing as ‘cancelled’. What should I do next? Why would this be showing as cancelled?

@Matt630  You need to contact Airbnb directly to find out what's going on with your payment and booking confirmation and what the "cancelled" is all about. Ways to contact Airbnb are in a large pinned post on the first page of this Help forum.
