Most popular rental locations in Phoenix area

I am considering buying a property in the Phoenix area and would like to become a host. Does anyone have any suggestions on the most popular areas that renters want and where there aren't enough properties available to rent?

Also, what areas to avoid due to local rental restrictions.

@Matt4074 Not in Phoenix, but after looking for homes to book in the city I can give a little input. 

1. Look for venues and choose a home around them.  White Horse Pass and MetroCenter may be options.

2. Possibly near Luke Air Force Base might provide more two to  seven night bookings.

3. House prices in Phoenix are at market highs, so really look hard at how long it's going to take to recoup your money. You might actually increase profits by looking at other areas of the country.
